Asia Pacific 2015
Asia Pacific 2015 is an initiative of the United Nations Development Programme to boost ongoing efforts and trigger bold new steps to support achieving the MDGs in the region. An important part of AsiaPacific 2015 was the Pan-Asian Youth Leadership Summit which sought to identify, mobilize and support young leaders, giving them access to training, knowledge and skills to meet the challenges facing their countries and communities. A critical challenge is HIV/AIDS, where early policy response can save millions of lives. This is an area where young people have to take the lead.

Cedza was invited to the Pan-Asian Youth Leadership Summit held in Hiroshima, Japan in September 2004. Together with other African regional chairs, they made an impressive presentation to the Asian young leaders on their progress, achievements and challenges in implementing the MDGs in Africa.
