Goal 6: Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases:
The statistics on HIV/AIDS is startling: 40 million people are living with HIV/AIDS. Almost 12 million young men and women live with the disease and 6,000 young people are infected each day. In sub-Saharan Africa, HIV/AIDS is now the leading cause of death and even worse, 12 million children have been orphaned by AIDS. HIV/AIDS and other diseases are robbing the world of its most product generations and the destabilizing effects will be felt in every sector and on every continent. Combating HIV/AIDS is most personal to Cedza because his family has lost numerous members to the disease and he doesn't want to lose anyone else.

Be sure to visit the Selula Sandla website, an orphanage his family operates for children orphaned by HIV/AIDS.
