With 113 million children not attending school worldwide and Sub-Saharan Africa accounting for 43 million of them (or just over 1/3 of the total), Cedza has made the goal of working to achieve universal primary education a top priority beginning with is educational initiative America Reads/South Africa Reads (ARSAR) in the late 1990s. Without education, these children will be doomed to remain in the trap of poverty and hunger.
Below are speeches, presentations and articles related to Cedza's efforts to help children around the world gain access to primary education.
